EA Summit: Brussels
is a one-day conference taking place on Saturday, 7 February 2026 at Flagey bringing together experienced professionals to explore effective altruism and how its ideas can shape their career choices and professional impact

The summit is designed primarily for people relatively new to effective altruism. However, to best support this newer audience, we also welcome professionals with extensive knowledge of effective altruism or experience working in established EA organisations or causes.

You can expect:
  • An introduction to effective altruism and other engaging talks covering global priorities including extreme poverty, AI governance, and animal welfare.
  • Engaging talks on global priorities, from AI governance to biosecurity and animal welfare.
  • An organisation fair where you can meet over 12 organisations working on the biggest problems in the world.
  • Workshops on how effective altruism principles can inform clearer thinking and sound decision-making in your professional life.
  • A space to connect with a growing international community committed to evidence-based impact.

We're in the process of designing the event program. The full schedule will be announced closer to the date. Read more about the summit here.
