Trinity Ministry Gifts Inventory
for Trinity United Methodist Church
The Lord has instructed us to serve one another with whatever gifts He has given us. Romans 12:4-8 tells us that like our own body, which has many parts that do not have the same function, our church is also one body of people that do not have the same gift. All parts are needed for a body to stay healthy. The gifts of grace are freely given by God to his people to meet the needs of the church body. We are instructed to “… use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms.” 1 Peter 4:10.

This inventory is intended to highlight areas of strength based on what you feel motivates you spiritually and to enable you to pinpoint areas of ministry for which you are gifted by God. Hopefully, this inventory will provide you with a clearer vision of which ministries God wants you to perform in the body of Christ. As a member of the body of Christ, you are crucial to the health and strength of the body. The church will only function as God intends if each member does his or her part. That is why we have a strong conviction that each member has a place of ministry within the church.
