Target Audience: Conference attendees will include directors, supervisors, managers, program coordinators, administrative staff, support and frontline staff, and students from both public and private organizations in the field of parks and recreation. The audience ranges from new and part-time employees to professionals with more than 20 years of experience.

Model Training: We are looking for sessions that highlight programs you can duplicate back at another department/agency! We're calling them "Model Training Programs". They incorporate elements for new and veteran employees, as well as a variety of learning formats for all types of learners—we are looking for a mix of video, team-building, and face-to-face training activities for all ages.
