Abbie Gregg, Inc. (AGI) was recently retained by National Resources to assist them in procuring a tenant for the iPark 84 (Formerly IBM Fishkill) facility, building 334. As you may have heard, National Resources (a Real Estate Development group) announced the procurement of 300 acres of land with 2 million square feet of buildings at the former East Fishkill IBM campus with plans to add residential, retail and a hotel.
GLOBALFOUNDRIES will remain on the campus, as they still maintain an operating fab there, as well as the extensive central utility plant. AGI’s work with National Resources is focused on Building 334, which contains a viable cleanroom and infrastructure.
AGI has been working to prepare information about this site and has prepared a brochure, that contains additional information on the layout of the building, and its infrastructure which is quite robust. As you will see, the cleanroom can accommodate a Clean Class of 100 – 10,000 and the square footage is over 67,000. National Resources is offering Tenant improvement funding for improvements and renovations to the space.
