Chappell Community Development will be hosting an HVA camp on June 22, 2026. Sessions will be from 9:30AM - 12PM for 6th-8th graders and 1:30PM-4PM for high schoolers. Cost per athlete is $55. Camp will be held at Creek Valley Public Schools in Chappell, NE.

Upon confirmation of my booking, I hereby waive and release all rights and claims for damages I may have against Hammond Volleyball Academy, Samantha Hammond, and its employees and agents on account of any injury or illness sustained by my child while attending a lesson or camp. I acknowledge that Hammond Volleyball Academy does not provide medical insurance for participants. I assume the risks associated with participating at lessons or camp. I authorize the director of Hammond Volleyball Academy or their designee to select hospital facilities and/or physicians of their choice and authorize treatment on an emergency basis if such treatment becomes necessary as a results of participating in the camp.
