Generator Usage Policy
For any power requirements beyond standard outlets, including supplying your own power or using a generator-based system, please contact the Merchants Guild at merchants@sandpointrenfaire.com to discuss your specific needs and plans. Generator use during the event is restricted, so it's crucial to communicate these needs as soon as possible.
Pet Policy
A friendly reminder: For the safety and enjoyment of all our attendees, pets are not permitted on the Faire grounds during operating hours. This policy does not apply to service animals, which are always welcome.
2025 General Merchant Fees 
The cost of your merchant space is determined by the size and type of your booth, as well as the timeliness of your payment. A detailed schedule of fees is presented below for your consideration. Upon acceptance of your application, comprehensive payment instructions will be furnished.
