Through this workshop, teachers will learn how to organize and lead a trip successfully. The workshop will cover all aspects coordinating a student trip. It will start with the basics, such as how to start the planning, what are some documents that are needed and how to design the itinerary. The workshop will then focus on communication strategies for working with travel agencies, schools, parents, and students. Finally, the workshop will identify traveling traps to avoid, and address ways to connect the trip with language teaching objectives and making connections to other disciplines.
