This form is used to purchase official resale documents from Cadmus Properties. These documents are typically required during the sale, refinance or transfer of a property within a community association we manage.
Processing Times
Please allow 6–8 business days for standard processing after payment is received.
If you require your order sooner, we offer expedited options:
- Rush Processing: 3–4 business days (additional fee applies)
- Extra Rush Processing: 1–2 business days (additional fee applies)
Orders are fulfilled in the order received, based on payment confirmation and the processing speed selected.
Document Accuracy
All documents provided reflect information accurate as of the order date.
If you believe there is an error in the information you receive, please contact our office immediately. We will review your concern and, if verified, correct the documentation as quickly as possible.
Payment & Delivery
We accept personal checks or money orders made payable to Cadmus Properties.
If paying by check or money order, please include General Excise Tax (GET) and any applicable rush processing fees.
- Orders will not be processed without full payment.
- Documents are released only after payment is confirmed.

Cancellations & Revisions
To cancel your order, notify us within 24 hours of placing it.
Additional fees may apply for:
- Revised or updated documents after delivery
- Orders that are not picked up in a timely manner
