Strategic planning is the tool the World Board uses to look at the trends inside and outside of NA to focus the efforts of NA World Services for the cycle ahead, and the process begins with an environmental scan. At WSC 2023, your delegate team participated in an exercise to identify internal and external forces that influence our ability to function and effectively carry the message. Now we are asking you to help us help NAWS prioritize those items. Your answers will directly influence NAWS' strategic direction for the coming cycle.
