Wanting to share an innovative practice?
Meeting new partners from other reference sites might be a daunting task. In order to help the community, create new connections, the IN-4-AHA consortium has launched the Pairing Initiative, as a part of its 2022 Twinnings call. For those who already have a partner in mind, a submission form is available online at the link: https://forms.gle/npNs5dsr2p62yrwx7.

For others looking for new partners, this is for you!

This form is meant for Institutions from a EIP-AHA reference site (full list in this link:https://futurium.ec.europa.eu/en/active-and-healthy-living-digital-world/library/eip-aha-repository-innovative-practices) who wish to share an innovative practice in their ecosystem, as a part of the 2022 call for Twinnings from IN-4-AHA. The IN-4-AHA consortium will reimburse expenses up to 5.000 euros regarding travel and accommodation stated in the activity plan for this program.

Make sure to check your eligibility before applying.

In case of a match, you will be contacted to the email provided in this form with a profile/overview of the innovative practice and your potential partner, and an invitation to meet them via zoom call!
