To complete enrollment, please fill in the information required in the next pages, submit the form and mail the payment to the following address.

Due to COVID-19, at this time, we will only accept the following forms of payment through mail:

> Cashier Check
> Money Order
Please include student's name in the memo section of the check, and make checks payable to "Austin Chinese School".
Due to COVID-19, Fall semester 2020 will be taught online-only. Class schedule will be varied due to the flexibility of virtual classroom. Please contact class teacher through ACS website for schedule details.
A determination for Spring semester 2021 will be made in the Fall based on latest conditions.
Extra-curricular classes which could not be completed online will be cancelled for Fall.
If you have multiple students enrolling, please fill out a form for each student. Don't forget to check out the sibling discount.
