As a small business, we typically require 7 days' notice for catering orders (though we'll certainly try to honor requests that fall within this window, if we're able!).

Please also note that—with the exception of Saturday-morning pickup—events occurring before noon require pickup in the early evening hours on the day before the event. If that describes your event, please write the pickup date below, not the date of the event itself.

What time does your catering order need to be ready? *
Please note:
  • Saturday morning pickup occurs during our regular pickup window at the Kitchen Table Santa Fe (KTSF), typically 10-11am.
  • All other morning events require pickup at KTSF the day before the event itself, in the early evening hours.
  • All other afternoon events are eligible for day-of pickup at KTSF after noon, or for free local delivery within Santa Fe city limits.
If you're ordering for a (non-Saturday) event that occurs after noon in Santa Fe, would you prefer to pick up your pastries at the Kitchen Table Santa Fe or have them delivered?

Do you need drop-off coffee or tea service for your event? If so, please provide any necessary details. (While we don't provide this service ourselves, we can help you coordinate with our friends at Ruby Mac's Coffee.) *
