A maximum of five youth, one from each district, will be chosen by the Executive Council from application and/or interview each September.  Youth representatives will serve October through September, not to exceed four one-year terms.  If there are not applications from each district they will be filled from the applications received.  Youth representatives are expected to be active members of the Council and participate in Council meetings and activities.  The Council generally meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m.  Youth 6th grade and up can apply.
