Vendors are invited to participate in a vendor fair for the 3rd annual Pennsylvania Chestnut Festival Saturday January 23, 2027 11AM to 4PM at the Castanea Fire Company Picnic Grounds Lower Creek Road, Lock Haven, PA. An inclement weather date has been set-up for Saturday, January 30, 2027. 

Space is limited so get your registration completed and payment submitted to be included. Vendors/artists/crafters will be accepted on a first registered with fee paid basis. A $25 non-refundable vendor fee is needed to complete your registration.  Paid vendor spaces will be 10’X10’. There is a limited number of non-profit vendor spaces available. Those spaces will be smaller and provided at no charge. After you complete and submit your vendor registration, you'll receive confirmation and a request for fee payment from the Castanea Recreation Committee’s Event Vendor Coordinator. The deadline for applications and payment of vendor fee will be on or before December 27, 2026.

All set up must be completed and vendors ready by 10:30AM.  This event will have indoor and outdoor activities. The majority of vendors will be set up indoors unless an outdoor site is more appropriate for their particular wares/activity. 

During the time of the vendor/artist/crafter fair, there will be an assortment of indoor and outdoor activities happening. There will be an artificial ice skating rink on site. We are planning for and hope to have adult beverages available. Food will be available for sale.There will be burn barrel fires throughout the outside picnic grounds with outdoor activities happening all around.

Set up: Morning of event 8:30AM to 10:30AM
