I understand and agree that:

·    my personal and sensitive information may be disclosed and/or shared with government bodies, accrediting agencies, academic requirements, research institutions, alumni associations, class organizations, and industry partners for employment purposes.

·    for confidentiality and data privacy:

1. my identity will be kept confidential. My complete name will be removed from reports.

2. the collected data will be stored securely in the official Letran Calamba cloud storage platform and will be accessible only to authorized personnel. For a list of authorized users, I can contact the Internationalization and Linkages Department (Alumni and Placement Unit).

3. I understand that my data will remain on file until I update my profile, following Letran Calamba’s data retention policies.

·    I have the right to access, correct, or update my data, and I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting Letran Calamba's Data Protection Officer at dpo@letran-calamba.edu.ph. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the processing already conducted prior to the withdrawal.

·    my data will be stored securely and will be disposed of or anonymized once it is no longer necessary for the stated purposes, following Colegio’s retention policy.
