Payment Details

Please enter either the Transaction ID OR Receipt ID for the payment you wish to make changes to.

The Transaction ID is a 27 character number starting with ch_, which was displayed to you when you completed your payment, e.g. "ch_0aB1cD2eF3gH3iJ4kL5mN6oP".
The Receipt ID is an 8 digit number which is contained in the subject of your receipt email from Stripe, e.g. "#1234-5678".
