Rules for Rental: Must be an active member of MSTC to rent space
Renter must be present for entire event
One chaperone is required for every 15 children or teens
No glitter is permitted in clubhouse/deck or pool area
Rented Spaces must be cleaned at conclusion of event-this includes vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and cleaning restrooms for clubhouse rentals
All trash must be disposed of in the dumpster at conclusion of event. During summer, recyclables should be placed in recycling dumpster
During the off season(Labor Day through Memorial Day) the upper deck may be used with rental of the clubhouse however the staircase and lower deck area are closed.
A pool party guest list must be submitted 10 days prior to pool party
Additional fee may be charged if additional lifeguards are required for pool party

For Clubhouse Rental a $200 Deposit is Required for MSTC members, a $400 Deposit is required for those who are not members. Please choose what you would like done with deposit after event
