As part of Evanston Township High School District 202’s Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan, those who are interested may opt-in to receive email notification 48-hours prior to the application of any chemical pest control materials (herbicides/pesticides) on school grounds/fields. Chemical pest control materials are not applied to the interior of ETHS.

To opt-in to receive chemical pest control notifications subject to the notification requirements, complete and submit the form below. If there is an immediate threat to health or property that requires treatment before notification can be sent out, you will receive notification as soon as practical. Notification is valid for one school year only. Please opt-in at the beginning of each school year for continued notification.

Como parte del plan de Manejo Integrado de Plagas  (IPM, por sus siglas en inglés) de la Escuela Preparatoria del Municipio de Evanston Distrito 202, aquellos que estén interesados pueden optar por recibir notificaciones por correo electrónico con 48 horas de anticipación a la aplicación de cualquier material químico de control de plagas (herbicidas/pesticidas) en terrenos/campos escolares.  Materiales químicos de control de plagas no se aplican al interior de ETHS.

Para optar recibir las notificaciones de químicos para el control de plagas sujetas a los requisitos de notificación, complete y presente el formulario que aparece debajo.  Si hay una amenaza inmediata a la salud o propiedad que requiera tratamiento antes de la notificación pueda ser enviada, usted recibirá la notificación tan pronto como sea posible. La notificación es válida por un año escolar solamente.  Por favor opte por recibir la notificación al comienzo de cada año escolar para una notificación contínua.
