Bump, Baby & Beyond's intention is to create a community that connects, educates and supports local families, before, during and after baby's arrival. Exhibitors will be chosen based on how well their business, service or organization shares and supports our intention. All exhibitors must be local to Kingston and area.

In addition to the traditional monetary route of sponsorship (see Terms of Agreement for Sponsorship below), we welcome donations such as food (for volunteers/workshops) and baby/parenting products (for a door prize, for example) to support our event. Terms of Agreement for Exhibitors
Terms of Agreement for Exhibitors: Deadline for application is August 31, 2019 at 7:00pm EST. All exhibitors will be notified of the organizing committee's decision to participate by September 6th, 2019. Each exhibitor will be given one booth space and will not use more than the allotted space. If you require additional space please contact us to make arrangements. Each exhibitor will be required to create a social media advertisement for the event to share with the organizing committee for use for event promotion. Each exhibitor is also required to promote our event three times on all social media sites that they are currently using. This will ensure a successful event for everyone. Each exhibitor will be responsible for payment of their booth fee based on our sliding scale of pay-what-you-can ranging from $50 - $100. We also offer a limited number of community sponsored booths (free of charge); please indicate above if you would like your business/organization to be considered for one of these booths. Payment will be due September 20, 2019. Payment can be made via etransfer sent to info@bumpbabyandbeyond.ca. All fees are non-refundable. Each exhibitor grants Bump, Baby & Beyond full rights to use their logo, name and contact information to promote and market the event.
Terms of Agreement for Sponsorship
Terms of Agreement for Sponsorship: Deadline for sponsorship application is August 31, 2019 at 7:00pm EST. All sponsors will be notified of the organizing committee's decision by September 6th, 2019. Sponsors who indicated above that they would like a booth at the event will receive all of the benefits of an exhibitor as described in the Terms of Agreement for Exhibitors. Each sponsor will be required to create a social media advertisement for the event to share with the organizing committee for use for event promotion. Each sponsor is also required to promote our event three times on all social media sites that they are currently using. This will ensure a successful event for everyone. Each sponsor will be responsible for payment of their sponsorship fee ($200); for those sponsors who are also exhibitors, your booth is included in your $200 fee. Payment will be due September 20, 2019. Payment can be made via etransfer sent to info@bumpbabyandbeyond.ca. All fees are non-refundable. Each sponsor grants Bump, Baby & Beyond full rights to use their logo, name and contact information to promote and market the event. In recognition of your $200 sponsorship, you will receive your logo displayed on our main event website, in print advertisements and at our event, a description of your business/organization along with website and contact links on our event website, and three features on each of our social media outlets.
