Exhibitor and Vendor Contract 2016
Exhibit Hall will be open on Saturday, October 15th only, 7:30-5:00. Deadline to submit a contract is September 16th, guaranteeing a listing in the conference booklet. Additional details will be sent to the email address listed below.

Vendors: choose number of tables needed (each table is 6'x30" and comes with two chairs, approx 8x10 ft. area)
One table - $75.00
Two tables- additional $25.00, total $100.00
Three tables-additional $25.00, total $125.00

Catalog display only $40.00 (your information displayed on a table with other exhibitors information)

All applicants are required to donate an item from their exhibit, or a gift certificate to be used as a door prize. If you would like to contribute an additional item for the Scholarship Basket, please describe your additional donated item below.
