K-12 Computing Teacher Support during Covid-19
For those interested in learning to teach computing, or those already teaching computing looking for new material for their classroom or new instructional strategies for their classes...
We're offering free access to our online, self-paced courses FOR TEACHERS* March 16, 2020 - April 16, 2020. We encourage you to poke around and see if there's anything that would benefit you. That's our primary goal -- share some resources to help you help your students, now and in the future.
However, if you are interested in earning graduate units from the University of California, San Diego, we'll send enrollment instructions which will allow you to keep all your work, and you'll have an additional 12 months to finish the courses.
Look for a series of invitations in your email from
within 48 hours of applying. Check spam if you don't see them.
*Note: These courses are designed for K-12 CS TEACHERS -- not students. However the courses have you engage with resources you can use with students and have you create items (assessments, lesson ideas, etc.) for your class.
