By Sept. 13 I will download the HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT (linked at the top of the page) and will email to Ted Musgrave at the City of Portland. *

By Sept. 14 I understand that I will need to submit a $20 check payable to the City of Portland to reserve the spot. **Bring payment to the Portland Facilities Office at 212 Canco Road, whereupon you can pick up the No Parking Signs you’ll need. *

On Sept 20th, I will post “No Parking” signs in the designated spot no more than 24 hours before the event. E.g. If I'm setting up at 9am on Friday Sept 21st, I will post signs at that location at 9am on Thursday Sept 20th. *
