SNAP-Ed classes are hosted by the Nutrition Education Program of Montana State University Extension. All classes are free to attend. You will find a short registration form and current class schedule for upcoming classes at the bottom of this page.
In all our classes we will explore:
*Eating healthy
*Increasing physical activity
*Creating healthy meals
*Keeping a well-stocked pantry
*Stretching food dollars
*If your class is virtual, you will receive a confirmation email and a
webinar link within a few days of registration. Virtual classes involve
watching a recorded class lesson, less than 20 minutes long, each week on your
own time and then meeting on a virtual webinar each week with fellow classmates
and instructor to review and discuss that week's topic.
*If you are enrolling in the electric pressure class, attending 5 of the 6 lessons is required in order to earn the free cooker at the end of the series.
