Terms and Conditions

Complete the registration form to set up an account. We require a one-time registration fee of $35. An invoice for the $35 registration fee will be sent to your email. Once the registration is complete, you will receive a shared Google spreadsheet to prepare your prep and shipping requirements. This will allow us to work together to efficiently and quickly process your orders. 

Have your inventory shipped to Cole Creek Prep. Our base fee of $1.30/unit covers receiving, inspection, photos of any damage, prepping with proper labels and poly bags if needed and packaging for shipment. Shipping costs are your responsibility. 

We have a turnaround time of less than 48 hours. We bill on the 1st and the 15th of the month using a secure payment system. We will not continue to process your orders or release product if the account is not paid in full.

We have a minimum processing fee of $25 per shipment. If you require a small number of units to be shipped sooner, you will be charged the $25 minimum. 

You will be notified by email of any changes in fees or terms or conditions.

We do not accept hazmat, books or items over 12 inches on the longest side.

We are not responsible for items lost or misplaced by Amazon or carriers.

Items sent to us that are not listed in your inventory account will be disposed of after 30 days of no communication. 

Items sent that are gated or restricted in your Amazon account will be disposed of after 30 days of no communication. 

Cole Creek Prep guarantees our work. We will provide fee reimbursements for products that have been mislabeled by our facility. The products must be returned to Cole Creek Prep. We will provide you pictures of the items that were mislabeled. Should the items not be mislabeled and Amazon is at fault, we will not provide fee reimbursements.
