Finalidad:
Gestionar
su inscripción y participación en la II Jornada Ciudad 360º: Innovación,
Comunidad y Regeneración Urbana, así como, en su caso, la organización de
actividades vinculadas al evento. No se elaborarán perfiles ni se adoptarán
decisiones automatizadas.
Legitimación:
Artículo 6.1.b) RGPD: ejecución
de la relación derivada de su inscripción y participación en la jornada y
actividades asociadas. Artículo 6.1.a) RGPD: consentimiento del interesado,
en su caso, para la captación y uso de imágenes con fines promocionales.
Destinatarios:
Fundación
Moeve, como entidad colaboradora del proyecto, para fines vinculados al
desarrollo y promoción de la actividad. No se prevén transferencias
internacionales de datos.
Derechos:
Acceso, rectificación,
supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad, así como retirar el
consentimiento cuando proceda. Puede reclamar ante la AEPD y contactar
previamente con el DPD.

Purpose:
To manage your registration and participation in the 2nd City 360º Conference: Innovation, Community, and Urban Regeneration, as well as, where applicable, the organization of activities related to the event. No profiling or automated decision-making will be carried out.
Legal basis:
Article 6.1(b) GDPR: performance of the relationship arising from your registration and participation in the conference and related activities. Article 6.1(a) GDPR: data subject’s consent, where applicable, for the capture and use of images for promotional purposes.
Recipients:
Fundación Moeve, as a collaborating entity in the project, for purposes related to the development and promotion of the activity. No international data transfers are planned.
Rights:
Right to access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and data portability, as well as to withdraw consent where applicable. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) and contact the DPO beforehand.
