Each Summer Dance Camp listed below will be held Monday thru Thursday from 9:30 AM to Noon at the Hot Shots Dance & Cheer dance studio. Location: 382 North Forest Avenue, Hartwell, GA 30643

All Four Day Dance Camps are $95 (per camp).
 Additional children from the same family will receive a $10 Discount on 2nd Registration if enrolled in the same Camp Week.  Pre-packaged snacks and bottled water will be provided at all camps.
Dance Camp Details/Ages/Description
  • Princess Dance Camp (Ages 2 - 6) June 5 - 8 from 9:30 AM to Noon           Embrace the power of your inner Princess while learning ballet basics with elements of creative movement to inspire the imagination. Camp includes snacks and Arts & Crafts.
  • Twirl & Tumble Camp (Ages 5-12) June 12 - 15 from 9:30 AM to Noon   Baton twirling is an excellent way of developing hand-eye coordination. Classes involve all aspects of baton twirling. This class is also a fun introduction to tumbling. During this class we put a huge emphasis on flexibility and working to increase overall movement capabilities!
  • Pirates & Mermaids Under the Sea Dance Camp (Ages 4 - 9) June 19 - 22 from 9:30 AM to Noon   Mermaids and Pirates are welcome to join us on an adventure under the sea as we explore new movement styles, hunt for treasure in Neverland & dance to songs from Under the Sea!
  • Princess Dance Camp (Ages 2 - 6) July 10 - 13 from 9:30 AM to Noon      Embrace the power of your inner Princess while learning  ballet basics with elements of creative movement to inspire the imagination. Camp includes snacks and Arts & Crafts.
  • Trolls and Unicorns Dance Party Camp (Ages 4 - 9)  July 17 - 20 from 9:30 AM to Noon   The Trolls are having a party and your little Dancer is invited! Join us for an exciting and colorful camp as we dance and party to the Funtastic Music from the Troll soundtrack with Ballet, Hip hop, Jazz and Creative Movement.

Parent Waiver, Tuition & Photo Release: By signing this release form, I/we (the student and parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the participation in the classes/camps of Hot Shots Dance Company, LLC dba Hot Shots Dance & Cheer. I understand that I am enrolling my child in a program of physical activity and have agreed that my student is in good physical condition. I/we agree to release and hold harmless Hot Shots Dance Company, LLC dba Hot Shots Dance & Cheer, including its teachers, dancers, coaches, staff members, and facilities used, from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold Hot Shots Dance Company, LLC or Hot Shots Dance & Cheer liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes. Furthermore, I/we agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behavior. I understand that Hot Shots Dance Company, LLC is a licensed, accredited and insured organization. In the event that I/we should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during or after my/our classes, I/we agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to the Executive Director, Artistic Director, instructor or staff member as soon as possible. Unless otherwise notified in writing by the parent, Hot Shots Dance Company, LLC has permission to use the students photograph in print and/or online advertising. Liability Waiver and Release On behalf of myself and my children, I understand that there are risks associated with, arising out of and inherent to the activities provided through Hot Shots Dance Company, LLC dba Hot Shots Dance & Cheer. They include, but are not limited to, illness, injury and death. In recognition of this acknowledged risk, I knowingly and voluntarily waive all right and/ or causes of action of any kind, including any and all claims of negligence arising as a result of such activity from which liability could accrue to Hot Shots Dance Company, LLC dba Hot Shots Dance & Cheer, it’s officers, agents, employees, instructors, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and all affiliated entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Hot Shots Dance Company”.) I hereby agree to release Hot Shots Dance Company and hold Hot Shots Dance Company harmless of all liability, and hereby acknowledge that I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks arising out of active participation in classes, performances and activities and travel through Hot Shots Dance Company on behalf of myself, the legal guardian, and the participant/s. I am aware that this is a release of liability and an acknowledgement of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the associated risks. I have signed this document voluntarily and of my own free will in exchange for the privilege of participation. I also give Hot Shots Dance Company permission to use my child’s picture in or on any form of advertisement or publication on behalf of Hot Shots Dance Company, LLC dba Hot Shots Dance & Cheer or any Hot Shots Dance Company affiliated event. (Please notify us in writing if pictures cannot be publicly displayed for any reason). The participants for whom I am registering have my permission to participate in all Hot Shots Dance Company classes, performances, activities and travel. I warrant the information is complete and correct and that I do have the authority to act and speak in behalf of the participants I enroll in classes at Hot Shots Dance Company. I further release Hot Shots Dance Company of all liabilities associated with my childrens attendance at Hot Shots Dance Company.

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
Any comments or posts perceived to be obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or hateful towards HSDC staff, students or families may subject the owner to disciplinary or legal action. Any content revealing or referring to sensitive studio information is not allowed to be shared online. Students and Parents/Guardians are not allowed to represent HSDC or the owner/director in any private social media groups or networking sites. Students and Parents/Guardians are encouraged to participate on any official HSDC social media or networking site that is started by the studio owner of HSDC. Remember, respect and kindness are expected at all times. If there is any commentary deemed to be disrespectful or inappropriate by the owner of HSDC, it may lead to probation, suspension and/or expulsion.

PARENT / GUARDIAN WAIVER FOR MINORS  The undersigned parent and natural guardian does hereby represent that he/she is, in fact, acting in such capacity, has consented to his/her child or ward’s participation in the activity or event, and has agreed individually and on behalf of the child or ward, to the terms of the accident waiver and release of liability set forth above. The undersigned parent or guardian further agrees to save and hold harmless and indemnify each and all of the parties referred to above from all liability, loss, cost, claim, or damage whatsoever which may be imposed upon said parties because of any defect in or lack of such capacity to so act and release said parties on behalf of the minor, the parents, of the legal guardian.  BY REGISTERING AND PAYING FOR ANY CLASS, EVENT, PRIVATE LESSON, OR OTHER ACTIVITY, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS AND WAIVERS. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR CHILD PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS OR EVENT UNLESS YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS IN THIS AGREEMENT.

DROP OFF AND PICK UP POLICY
Your Child's safety is very important to us.  By law, we are not allowed to release your child to someone who is not a parent or legal guardian unless you have provided written authorization to do so.  Failure to pick up your child after class may result in us reaching out to the appropriate authorities if you can not be reached. Parent/Guardians are to drop off students and collect students from HSDC. Students waiting to be collected must wait inside the building(s). Please drop off and pick up at the appropriate time. If a parent/guardian is running late, please call our office 706-376-2549.
