AMSA calls on Congress to #GetUsPPE
Reports of widespread shortages of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) have been all over the media. Medical students have sprung into action, establishing donation & collection programs. However, the situation is rapidly evolving and requires a robust response from the federal government. We can all take action to sound the alarm & get Congress to act!
That's why AMSA calls on Congress to pass S.3568, the Medical Supply Chain Emergency Act! This bill would help get critical resources into the hands of those that need them the most - our doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other care providers.
