Nocturnal Wonderland 2024 Accessible Camping Registration Form
Please complete this form to request an accessible camping spot. Upon reaching the campground, individuals with disabilities should show a valid state-issued disabled persons placard, plates, or sticker to access the designated accessible camping area. The person to whom the disabled persons credential is issued must be present in the vehicle as either a driver or a passenger. 
(Individuals with disabilities are allowed to bring one companion vehicle in addition to their own. These vehicles MUST arrive together in order to be placed together.)

Please note that it is illegal to occupy an ADA parking/camping space without the necessary disability credentials, or to falsely use another individual's credentials to access these ADA-designated areas.

To ensure we are providing sufficient space in the campground for campers requiring accessible camping, each camping spot will be limited to:

  • 12ft x12ft space (Tent)

  • 20ft x 20ft (Car Camping)

Submitting this form does not guarantee a spot in Accessible Camping. Camping spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and this form serves as a guide for assessing the number of spots requested.

The campgrounds will be open to guests on  Friday, 9/13, 10am – Monday, 9/16, 3pm. All campers must be fully packed and vacate the campground by 3pm on Monday, 9/16.

Do you have a valid, state-issued disabled persons placard, plates, or sticker? *
All patrons are required to have at least one of these documents to gain admission into Accessible Camping. If you will not have any of these by the event, please contact us, or you may be denied entry into Accessible Camping.
What is your state-issued disabled persons parking placard or disabled persons parking plate number? *
Failure to provide a valid government issued DP Parking Placard or DP Parking Plates will disqualify the guest from utilizing Accessible camping.
Will you require a wheelchair accessible shower? *
If you need power for a medical device such as a CPAP machine, we advise that you bring a portable lithium battery pack, which should deliver 24 hours of power. You are welcome to charge your battery at our Accessibility Services Hub onsite. 

Guests are NOT permitted to bring generators.
