InnerSource Summit 2025 - Call for Presenters
Use this form to submit your proposal for the InnerSource Summit 2025, taking place on Thursday, November 13th.

To reach the widest possible audience, InnerSource Summit 2025 will be held both in-person and virtually.

This special 24-hour global event celebrates our 10th anniversary with sessions scheduled across three time zones. We warmly welcome proposals from around the world, as sessions will be hosted in Yokohama (Japan), Berlin (Germany), and New York (USA).

Proposal submissions are due by 5PM GMT on Tuesday, July 15th. You can expect feedback on your submission early September 2025.

Each presentation will be delivered live, lasting approximately 20 minutes, followed by a brief discussion. Speakers should plan to present live and, if possible, in person at one of our event locations.

You may also opt to nominate yourself as a moderator for the summit discussions.

All summit sessions will be recorded and shared afterward on the InnerSource Commons YouTube channel and across our social media platforms.

All chats/discussions will remain under Chatham House Rules.
