ABOUT THE INCLUSION COMMITMENT CERTIFICATION OPPORTUNITY
Since the launch of Sales Assembly in 2017, our commitment towards diversity, equity, and inclusion has been rooted in our core values as an organization. The B2B tech ecosystem that we serve, specifically the revenue organizations within these companies, is just one of the many industries that, even to this day, have significant progress that needs to be made in order to provide equitable opportunities for it’s Women, Veteran, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) employees.

To this end, Sales Assembly is proud to partner with 3 leading organizations in our space, Gong.io, Sales Hacker and Lessonly, to provide diverse employees from B2B tech companies across the country with the opportunity to become certified in any of Sales Assembly's Certification Programs at no cost whatsoever to the employer or employee.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE:
As long as the individual being enrolled meets the following criteria, we'll be thrilled to offer them a seat into the certification program you choose:
1) Enrollee is an individual who would classify as a Woman, Veteran, LBGTQIA, or BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color) employee.
2) Enrollee is currently employed at a B2B Technology or Software company.
3) Enrollee meets the job function criteria for that particular certification (at Sales Assembly's discretion).

Sales Assembly certification programs help you develop current members of your team into the leaders you need, while providing employees with a fantastic career growth opportunity. Built around our "collaborative learning" approach, certifications take development to another level. Once enrolled through this form, individuals will be contacted by Sales Assembly with instructions on next steps for their pre-work, as well as a Zoom link for the live 2 classroom trainings. To receive their certification, individuals must participate in ALL 6 modules during the 2 live classroom sessions (attendance is verified). Upon certification, there will then be continuing education (CE) opportunities in order to maintain the certification for the following year.

Demand Generation (next cohort starting July 2021). For those on the marketing team responsible for driving demand for the company.
Rising Sales Leadership (next cohort starting September 2021). For newly promoted sales managers or individuals who are on the fast track to being promoted.
Senior Sales Leadership (next cohort starting August 2021). For experienced sales managers, directors and leaders who are moving up the ranks in terms of title & responsibility. 3+ years of leadership experience required.
