Staff may request items for their classroom from RRC PTA for educational and equipment supplies, support for field trips and special projects, as well as general classroom needs such as volunteer services and supplies.

Complete the form with as much detail as possible. RRC PTA might email you for additional information.

RRC PTA executive committee will discuss request and make decision within 10 work days from the date that the request was received. Decision will be made through majority rule among RRC PTA executive committee members.

Please note: Gift cards will not be approved since it is against National PTA regulations.
