Act2Rescue Foster Agreement
This foster agreement (hereinafter “The Contract”) is made on the date listed below by and between Act 2 Rescue (hereinafter “A2R”) and “the Foster” residing at the address listed below. This agreement is valid for any current or future animals (hereinafter “Cat” although may include other animals) in The Foster’s care on behalf of A2R. The parties hereby agree to the following:
