Submit Booth Promotional Video Link *
Provide the link to Virtual Booth Promotional Video. The video must be a Youtube, Vimeo, or Wistia link.
Confirm Live Booth Functionality *
Confirm if you are planning to use the live booth functionality during the event. Make a select from the dropdown menu. Find more information in the sponsor information page.
Submit Booth Staff Names and Emails *
Provide the names and emails of those who will be staffing your booth during the event. They will be added to you booth as staff which will allow them to toggle between live chat/session and your booth video. Booth staff must be registered to be added.
Submit Your Special Offer *
Submit your special offer verbiage in the text box. It could be a discount, special access, demo site, general website, coupon code, etc. It’s optional text, so don’t feel obligated to include an offer. Text is limited to 60 characters.
