Vendors are responsible for bringing their own stall supplies including - tables, marquees, weights, chairs, display items, signs and payment devices. Vendors are responsible for bringing any other supplies they will need during the market such as food, water, etc. Vendors are responsible for their own take down and pack up and agree to follow the instructions on set up and take down. Vendors agree to pay the market fee, no later than 2 weeks prior to the market date. Your spot will not be secured until payment is received. Send payment to molly.dobbie92@outlook.com. Question: What's this for? Awnser: Market. Any requests and accommodations regarding location of stalls must be discussed with the market organizer. If you do not provide payment before this time your approved application will be cancelled. Cancellation or forfeit of your spot must be given to later than 1 week prior to the market, otherwise your fee is forfeit. Your market fee will be used to pay for the venue, supplies, marketing/promotion and organization. All left over funds will be donated to The Comox Community Foundation. Vendors are required to price their items fairly, based off market value or similar items. This is not a garage sale - this is a curated goods market. Your items need to be intact, clean, hygienic, usable, high quality & authentic. If a vendor is found selling items that do not align with the market guidelines they will be asked to stop selling the identified products immediately. If the vendor does not comply, they will not be asked to attend or apply to a future market. Do you agree to these terms? *
Vendors agree they will not sell any illegal, illicit or dangerous goods at the market including - weapons, anything flammable, drugs/alcohol or toxic goods. Vendors agree to not sell anything that promotes hate speech, racism or discrimination.Vendors agree to not sell anything in bulk, everything must be preloved/second hand. Vendors agree to not sell anything for consumption unless agreed upon with the market organizer including food and beverages. Do you agree to these terms? *
Market organizer holds the right to decline applications as well as cancel previously approved applications if the vendor does not adhere to the market guidelines. Do you agree to these terms? *
