Kensington Park Senior Living invites you to join us in person for a series of exercise classes and lectures to kickstart your Autumn health journey!
Take part in a balance class to improve stability; a chair yoga class to focus on meditation and breathing; and a boxing class to improve coordination and strength. In addition, learn about important topics like how to prevent falling; becoming mindful with music; and the importance of nutrition and sleep.
After each exercise class and lecture, walk away with a healthy lunch-to-go made by our
Executive Chef Morissa Harris.
