This is the form for selected participants who will join the training course within the project "Ecopreneurs 2.0".
The project will take place in Dobczyce, Poland, from 30th October to 8th November 2023.

About the project:
"Ecopreneurs 2.0" is a training course for youth workers, educators and teachers who would like to learn about sewing, entrepreneurship and ecology.

By taking part in the training course you agree to the regulations of the project. The regulations you can find at the bottom of the page.

Regulations of participation in the project
1. Filling out the application form with information needed to precede the implementation of the project. The data collected would be hold by Foundation Youth ACT with headqarters in Nowe Bielice at Kwiatowa 80. The datas would be collected via google forms which administrator is Google LLC. 
2. The participants need to take part in all of the activities during all of the phases of the project to receive the reimbursement of their travel costs. 
3. During the project there would be taken pictures and videos of participants which later would be used in social media of project partners as well as in the publications created by organisation Youth Act. 4. The participants need to respect and behave according to the contract developed in the first days of the project by all of the participants.
