In an effort to streamline our volunteers for the upcoming Frozen performance, we now have an easy to use form for volunteers to fill out. We so appreciate you making this event possible- we truly couldn't do it without you!


We are currently looking for volunteers who are willing to help with the following tasks:
BACKSTAGE VOLUNTEERS
*Helping dancers backstage during the shows (this is the most important job!!!)

As well as:
FRONT OF HOUSE VOLUNTEERS
*Passing out programs and taking tickets at the front of house
*Sitting and distributing flowers at the roses table before shows and at intermission

SET PAINTING AND CONSTRUCTION
*Set painting and construction

PHOTO DAY ASSISTANTS
*Photo day assistants (Friday April 24 and Saturday April 25)

Helping backstage gets you 2 free tickets to either show, while the other volunteer activities gets you 1 free ticket per shift/event. Volunteering shifts are first come-first thanked, so be sure to sign up for your groups early to get your ticket codes.

BACKSTAGE VOLUNTEERS:
We would not be able to have this amazing show without parents and grandparents stepping up to help little ones have a calm and joyful time backstage. It makes it possible for us to continue to have those adorable children on stage to learn the same thing that our older dancers are learning.

Backstage volunteers must arrive an hour before performance to help students get settled and receive any instructions.
