Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Out+Excellent Conference, hosted by the K. Stewart Foundation.

Out+Excellent celebrates LGBTQ+ leadership, entrepreneurship, wellness, and community. We are seeking exceptional exhibitors/vendors whose products, services, and mission align with our conference values and will create a meaningful experience for attendees.

We especially encourage applications from:

  • LGBTQ+-owned businesses.

  • Black and Brown Women-owned businesses.

  • Local East Bay and Bay Area businesses.

  • Community-based organizations and social enterprises.

Please note:

  • Space is limited to five exhibitors/vendors.

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

  • Selected applicants will be notified after the review process.

  • Additional event details, setup information, and vendor expectations will be shared upon acceptance.
