Sprott Clubs Opportunity Fund Event Application
The purpose of this form is for Sprott Clubs to request an event to be eligible for subsidized tickets through the SBSS Opportunity Fund Initiative. 

The President, VPI and VPF will review all applications within 5 business days of receipt. An event must reach a majority decision to be approved. The selection committee will communicate the result over email. The club then must provide the supporting details and documentation for the event.
