WVU Marching Band Shoe and Accessories Order Form
Please fill out this form in its entirety to ensure correct information. All payments will be completed after the shoes/accessories have been picked up either at the store or at WVU band camp. WVU bands will notify you with band camp pickup day and time. We will be there in person to collect payment and hand out orders. All orders must be submitted no later than 5:00pm on August 8th.
