Survey about School Safety Officer position at Canajoharie Central School District
The Canajoharie Central School District is interested in hearing from you about implementing a school safety officer position. The Canajoharie village board passed a resolution at its March 8 meeting to fund a safety officer position for the school district for the remainder of the 2017-18 school year. The intent is to provide additional security in the schools, and to build positive relationships between students, staff and law enforcement.

The school district’s Board of Education is doing its due diligence and is collecting the community’s feedback about the proposal and the idea of a school safety officer in schools. We welcome you to fill out the following survey. All of the feedback will be considered when the board discusses the proposal at its March 22 meeting. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
