TimVideos Sprints before Linux.conf.au 2015

I'm thinking of trying to hold a TimVideos hackfest / sprint before Linux.conf.au 2015 which is in Janurary next year (or less preferrably - the week after). LCA2015 (http://linux.conf.au/) will be held from 12-16 January in Auckland.

Two things I'd like to focus on are;
* Getting stuff into shape for LCA2015 - I believe that Ryan may be involved with doing the A/V? Figure out if there are things we can experiment with. Getting a test setup which allows people to walk up and test the system with their laptop.
* Spit and polish for the HDMI2USB. We should have a few of the production hardware devices available.
