Running with a Heart of Gold
Making a Difference by Adding Significance is the motto of Advisors in-Sync (AiS), an agency of excellence driven by leaders dedicated to empowering lives. Founded in 2007 by Senior Director, Stuart Shee, AiS is a group of Financial Planners representing Great Eastern Life. Every member of AiS is committed to bringing a smile to the less fortunate, especially in the difficult times of the pandemic. This year, partnering St. Andrew Autism Centre (SAAC), AiS aims to raise awareness and funds for a neglected group - autistic adults.

Stuart Shee has always been a beacon of light and hope to the people around him. A survivor of life, he has gone through more than 24 surgical procedures, despite multiple life-threatening ordeals since his first heart attack in Dec 2014, Stuart is undeterred in life. Stuart is also an avid writer and recently penned a memoir about his journey through life as a cardiac patient, entitled 'Work of Heart'. The book explores topics like his triumph over life-threatening health ordeals, and how he lives his life with purpose and meaning.

In 2021, this book will be his tool to help spread his passion for life and for giving and caring. Not only will he be donating all proceeds of his book sales, he will be running a total of 1000km to further raise funds, all in support of SAAC's endeavors to enrich the lives of persons on the autism spectrum in Singapore. Do read about the weekly updates on his Facebook page every Sunday.
