I hereby authorize Study Association Versot to withdraw a yearly contribution fee of 15€ from my account until further notice. The membership will automatically be extended every year. This permission will continue until deregistration. The deadline for deregistration is August 31st and has to be done by sending an e-mail to secretaris@versot.nl. If this is not done before August 31st, the membership will be extended by one year. The deregistration is only valid when you receive a confirmation from the secretary.
