Conditioning is open to our returning athletes, as well as incoming freshman, starting with a three day/week schedule, expanding to five days/week in summer, and then a two day/week workout during the season. No sessions are held during 2nd Winter or Spring Break, Spring Ball, Summer Team Camp and adjusted times during Future Champs Camp.
Skills training for Quarterback-Wide Receivers-Linebackers-Defensive Backs - Defensive & Offensive Lineman is offered from Jan to May and includes 7 on 7 competitions with other schools.
On-line registration, plus the required waiver and payment, is due PRIOR to athletes beginning the workouts. This is to ensure that we have adequate coaches available to serve the need.
