This six-week virtual program is designed to support healing, resilience, and empowerment within the Métis community. Guided by expert facilitators from the Weaving Wellness Centre, each circle creates a safe and supportive space for Métis survivors of intergenerational, colonial, and systemic trauma to connect, share, and heal together.
Each weekly session focuses on topics relevant to the unique experiences of Métis individuals impacted by historic and ongoing forms of trauma. Participants are invited to engage in meaningful conversations, reflect on their personal journeys, and draw strength from the collective wisdom of the group. Through honouring Métis culture, fostering community connection, and learning wellness skills, these circles offer a path forward grounded in care and cultural safety.
