Your request will be reviewed, approved or denied, and processed based on the order it was received. Due to the high volume of request being made and other preparations that must take place prior to the 1st day of school, counselors will not be available to discuss change requests. Following the copy of your schedule received via mail, all students will receive their updated schedules during homeroom on the 1st day of school. This schedule will include any changes made due to change requests, balancing of classes, and other purposes deemed necessary by administration.
Please note that this is a Request Only. Submitting this form does not guarantee your request will be approved. As a reminder, students will not be able to make changes to courses they registered for or to their schedule if they failed to complete the registration process. Please do not submit the same request twice. If you have not received a denial via email or an approval via updated schedule given to you in homeroom on the 1st day of school, this means your request has not been processed.
If you are a senior and interested in applying for Early Release/Late Arrival, please do not address that on this form. Please complete the EarlyRelease/Late Arrival form mailed to you with your schedule and return it to the Counseling Department.
