2022-2023 Rachel Carson Elementary School - Change in student dismissal form. 

For the safety of ALL students at Rachel Carson Elementary School, this form is to be used when your child’s after school dismissal plans change for that day. All dismissal changes must be submitted via this google form or in a written form that signed by the parent or legal guardian, and received by 2:00 p.m. Phone calls are strongly discouraged to change dismissal plans. 

Please understand that every staff member is expected to check Outlook at least twice a day. It is an expectation that staff not check email or Bloomz messages during instructional blocks or outside of their paid duty day (8:20 - 3:50)
