There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $150.00 registration/supply fee due upon registration placement to hold your child’s place in the class. This fee helps cover your child's field trips, daily supplies, science experiments, cooking supplies, and various art materials used throughout the preschool year. Payments can be made via Venmo (@karenagardner) or check (payable to Magical Minds). Monthly payments received after the 5th of the month will be assessed a $15 late fee. Returned checks will be assessed a $15 handling fee plus the $15 late fee.
Tuition options:
monthly pay Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs: $350/month, due the first school day of each month
monthly pay w/ discount: Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs:$340/month – commitment of TWO volunteer hours/month
Annual pay will receive a $50 discount (due by September 2, 2025)
Magical Minds Preschool starts the school year on September 2, 2025. If you change plans after July 15, 2025, I will ask that you pay tuition for September and October while we find another child to replace your child's spot.
