Shelter to Soldier Volunteer Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Shelter to Soldier! We rely on our volunteer team to help us with our fundraising and veteran services events, and together, we all support the mission to adopt more dogs from rescues, and support more veterans in need through our psychiatric service dog training program. At this time, we do not have any volunteer positions working with dogs.

Our key events include:

  • Golf Tournament (April)
  • Be the Light Gala (August)
  • Salute to Paws 5K (November)
  • Additional micro-fundraising events (throughout the county) and veteran alumni events (mostly in Oceanside) throughout the year.
